Catalyst Community Capital is a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that launched in 2023 to provide flexible, affordable capital and customized business advising. The organization focuses on supporting businesses owned by women, people of color, and individuals in rural and other underserved communities across Washington State. It was formed through a partnership between Craft3, the Arcora Foundation, and Washington state’s Department of Commerce to foster economic equity and opportunity.
