Founded in 1830, Cassa di Risparmio di San Miniato (Carismi) was a long-standing regional bank serving individuals, families, and small-to-medium-sized enterprises primarily in the Tuscany region of Italy. For over 180 years, it provided traditional banking services, including deposits, loans, mortgages, and payment services. Following a period of financial distress and regulatory intervention, the bank was acquired in 2017 by Crédit Agricole Cariparma (now Crédit Agricole Italia), and its operations, branches, and brand have since been fully integrated into the larger French banking group.
