Chartered in 1951, Calcasieu Teachers & Employees Credit Union (CTECU) was originally established to serve the teachers of Calcasieu Parish. As a not-for-profit financial institution, it is owned and operated entirely by its members, with a mission to provide a safe, sound, and secure financial environment. CTECU offers a comprehensive suite of personal banking products, including savings and checking accounts, auto loans, mortgages, personal loans, and credit cards, all while returning profits to members in the form of lower loan rates, higher savings dividends, and improved services.
