Terms & Conditions

By participating in the TrustFinance Community Choice Awards 2025 (“the Campaign”), either as a Company, Key Opinion Leader (KOL), or by voting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification or removal.
1. Eligibility
For Voters
Voting is open to all registered users on the TrustFinance platform.
Voters must hold a valid account with verified details (e.g., email confirmation).
For Companies
Must be a legally registered business entity with proof of incorporation.
Must operate in the financial services sector, such as Forex, Crypto, Stocks, Fintech, or related industries.
Must provide valid licenses, registrations, or certifications where applicable, and demonstrate compliance with regulations.
Must uphold ethical practices, with no unresolved fraud, misconduct, or major regulatory violations.
Companies must claim their official TrustFinance profile and maintain a TrustScore greater than 2.5 to qualify.
For KOLs
Must be at least 18 years old (proof may be required).
Must have at least 1,000 genuine followers on a major public social media platform (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or X/Twitter).
Must regularly produce finance-related content (Forex, Crypto, Stocks, Financial, Fintech).
Must maintain integrity and professionalism, with no record of unethical conduct.
2. Participation Requirements
Registration: All nominees (Companies and KOLs) must complete the official Nomination Form with accurate details (profile, logo/photo, bio, social media links, supporting documents).
Category Selection: Each participant may apply in only one main category. Those eligible as both a KOL and a Company may apply separately in each group.
Campaign Posts (KOLs): Each KOL must publish at least one (1) campaign-related post during the Campaign Period (1 Sept – 20 Nov 2025), using official hashtags: #TrustFinanceAwards2025 #TrustFinance #TrustChoice2025.
Engagement: KOLs must encourage followers to vote. Companies are encouraged to share campaign updates. Manipulation via bots, fake accounts, or unethical means is prohibited.
Content Rights: By participating, you grant TrustFinance the right to share or feature campaign-related content (with credit).

4. Campaign Duration & Schedule
Nomination Period: 1 September – 20 November 2025.
Voting Period: 20 September – 20 November 2025.
Awards Announcement: 3 December 2025 on TrustFinance’s website, social media, and press release.
TrustFinance may adjust the timeline if necessary, with updates communicated via official channels.

6. TrustFinance’s Rights
Verification: TrustFinance may verify eligibility, documentation, follower counts, and content relevance. False or misleading information may result in disqualification.
Content Standards: TrustFinance may request removal or edits to content that harms the Awards’ integrity.
Disqualification: TrustFinance may disqualify participants for fraud, unethical conduct, or non-compliance.
Right to Modify/Cancel: TrustFinance may alter or cancel the Campaign in whole or part if necessary (e.g., technical or legal issues).
7. Data & Privacy
TrustFinance may collect user data (e.g., IP address, account details, email verification) to validate votes.
Data will only be used for ensuring fairness and preventing fraud, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Personal information will not be sold or misused.
8. Compensation & Expenses
Participation is voluntary and unpaid.
TrustFinance does not cover personal costs (e.g., equipment, internet).
Benefits include recognition, exposure, and award trophies/badges.
9. Legal & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
Participation is voluntary and at the user’s own risk. TrustFinance is not liable for technical failures, disruptions, or indirect damages.
