Originally chartered in 1951 to serve the employees of the Coleman Company, Inc., Wheat State Credit Union has since expanded to serve a broader community in several Kansas counties. As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, it is democratically controlled and owned by its members. The credit union's mission is to provide quality financial services, including savings, checking, loans, and investment products, to meet the needs of its members while maintaining financial stability.
