Its mission is to foster job creation and economic growth by providing comprehensive financing and technical assistance to small businesses. SEED specializes in offering various loan programs, including SBA 504 loans for fixed assets and micro-loans, often in partnership with traditional banks, to support businesses that may not qualify for conventional financing.
