Social Finance Ireland is a non-profit organization established in 2018, part of the global Social Finance network. Its mission is to develop and provide innovative financial solutions to tackle complex social problems in areas such as unemployment, healthcare, and education. The organization works by partnering with government, social sector organizations, and investors to create financial instruments, most notably Social Impact Bonds (SIBs) and social investment funds, that fund effective social programs and deliver measurable positive outcomes for society.
