The Small Business Resource Network (SBRN) was launched in 2020 by the Partnership for New York City, in collaboration with the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) and the city’s five borough Chambers of Commerce. Its mission is to provide critical support to the city's small businesses, particularly those owned by women and minorities, to help them recover from economic challenges and achieve long-term growth. The SBRN operates by connecting business owners with a curated network of volunteer experts from leading corporations who provide free, specialized assistance in areas such as law, finance, marketing, real estate, and technology.
