The company fraudulently promised investors exorbitant returns, claiming investments would yield a 1,354% profit in less than 29 days. Investigations by financial regulators, including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Quebec's Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), exposed the operation as a major securities fraud scheme. The company's operations were subsequently halted by court order, its assets were frozen, and its founder was convicted of fraud and sentenced to prison.
