Nova KBM d.d. has a long and established history as one of Slovenia's largest and most important financial institutions. In 2023, following its acquisition by the Hungarian OTP Group, Nova KBM merged with OTP banka d.d. (Slovenia) to form the largest banking group in the country by total assets.
