Founded in 1933, Navy Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit credit union and the largest in the world by asset size and membership. Its mission is to provide its members with premier financial services, including savings and checking accounts, loans, mortgages, credit cards, and investment services. Membership is exclusive, primarily open to all Department of Defense and Coast Guard Active Duty, veterans, civilian and contractor personnel, and their families.
