Founded in July 2006, LuxFLAG (the Luxembourg Finance Labelling Agency) is a non-profit association created by seven charter members, including the Luxembourg Government. Its primary mission is to reassure investors that a labeled investment product invests in the responsible and sustainable investment sector. By awarding a transparent and recognizable label, the agency helps investors navigate the sustainable finance market and provides certified funds with credibility and visibility. LuxFLAG grants labels across various categories, including ESG, Microfinance, Climate Finance, and Green Bonds, after a rigorous assessment by an independent eligibility committee.
