Kuwait Small Projects Development Company (KSPDC) was established in 1997 by the Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA) as a Kuwaiti shareholding company. Its primary mission is to foster entrepreneurship and support the national economy by assisting Kuwaiti citizens in creating and developing their own small and medium-sized businesses. KSPDC provides a comprehensive suite of services including financial support through direct project financing, technical assistance, feasibility study preparation, as well as legal, administrative, and marketing support to ensure the viability and success of new ventures.
