Founded in 2015, Invocap was a UK-based fintech lender with a mission to improve cash flow for SMEs. The company's primary service was selective invoice financing, allowing businesses to unlock cash tied up in unpaid invoices quickly. They also offered flexible business loans to support growth and operational needs. In September 2022, Invocap announced it was merging with invoice checkout provider IwocaPay to create a new, unified fintech brand called "Kriya". Following this transition, the original legal entity, INVOCAP LTD, was officially dissolved in June 2023 as operations were consolidated under the new brand.
