Global Maxfin Capital Inc. was a full-service investment dealer based in Canada, registered with the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC). The firm provided a range of financial services, including private wealth management for individual investors and investment banking, research, and institutional sales & trading for corporate clients. Over time, the company's operations were wound down and sold off. In 2016, its investment banking and institutional business was acquired by Echelon Wealth Partners. Subsequently, in 2021, its remaining retail client accounts were acquired by iA Private Wealth Inc., effectively ending the company's operations under its original name.
