Financial Services Complaints Ltd (FSCL) is an external dispute resolution scheme approved by the Minister of Consumer Affairs for the financial services industry in New Zealand. Established in 2010, it provides a free and impartial service to consumers for resolving complaints against its participant financial service providers, which include entities involved in insurance, financial advice, lending, investments, and more. Its mission is to resolve complaints fairly, independently, and efficiently, providing an accessible alternative to legal proceedings.
