The Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia was established in March 2019 by the Republic of Serbia to provide support for scientific excellence and the development of science and technology. Its primary mission is to ensure the continuous growth of scientific research activities in Serbia, foster innovation, and connect research with the economy. The Fund operates by financing scientific projects through competitive public calls, supporting both basic and applied research across all scientific fields, and encouraging the participation of young researchers.
