Founded in 1993, Embratec was a prominent Brazilian technology and services company focused on corporate payment solutions, with its "Good Card" brand being a leader in fleet management cards for fuel and maintenance. In 2016, the French multinational group Edenred acquired 100% of Embratec. Following the acquisition, Edenred consolidated its Brazilian fleet and mobility operations, merging its existing brand Ticket Car with Embratec's Good Card to create the new market-leading brand, Ticket Log. Today, Ticket Log continues the mission of providing integrated solutions for managing vehicle fleets, tolls, and maintenance for corporate clients across Brazil.
