The company's mission was to simplify the process of buying insurance by offering a digital platform where customers could compare quotes from multiple insurers for health, motor, life, and travel insurance, and purchase policies online. In 2020, the business was acquired by rival company Policybazaar (PB Fintech Ltd.) to consolidate the market. Following the acquisition, the Easypolicy brand and its website were phased out, with its domain now redirecting to Policybazaar.
