Digital Contact, a specialist in financial services communications and data archiving, was acquired by the compliance technology and data analytics firm SteelEye Ltd in September 2017. The acquisition was SteelEye's first, and Digital Contact's technology and expertise were integrated into the core SteelEye platform. Today, the combined entity operates as SteelEye, a global RegTech leader that helps financial firms comply with various international regulations (such as MiFID II, EMIR, MAR, Dodd-Frank, and SMCR). SteelEye's SaaS-based platform provides solutions for data consolidation, record keeping, trade and communications surveillance, regulatory reporting, and analytics. All subsequent information pertains to the current operational entity, SteelEye Ltd.
