Established in 1953, CRIAS (Cassa Regionale per il Credito alle Imprese Artigiane Siciliane) is a public economic entity supervised by the Sicilian Regional Government. Its primary mission is to support and develop the artisan sector in Sicily by granting short, medium, and long-term credit. The institution manages both its own funds and public funds allocated by the region to offer subsidized loans, financing, and other financial instruments tailored to the needs of local artisan businesses.
