Established in 1979 by the Colorado General Assembly, CollegeInvest is a not-for-profit division within the Colorado Department of Higher Education. Its mission is to empower individuals and families to save for higher education through tax-advantaged 529 investment plans. CollegeInvest offers a variety of savings and investment options, including age-based portfolios, static portfolios, and individual fund choices, to help people in Colorado and across the United States plan and pay for college expenses.
