As an affiliate member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Houston is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving the needs of the investment community in the greater Houston area. Founded in 1947, its mission is to promote ethical and professional standards within the investment industry, to encourage professional development through the CFA Program and continuing education, and to facilitate the exchange of information and opinions among investment professionals. The society provides its members with educational programs, networking events, and career support services.
