The group operated through several subsidiaries, including CDH Savings and Loans, CDH Asset Management, CDH Securities Limited, and CDH Investment Bank. Its mission was to provide a comprehensive suite of financial products and services to individual and institutional clients. However, the group faced significant challenges, culminating in the Bank of Ghana revoking the license of its major subsidiary, CDH Savings and Loans, in 2019 as part of a nationwide financial sector clean-up.
