The Black Business Investment Fund (BBIF) is a mission-driven lender and business development organization established in 1987. As a designated Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) certified by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, its primary mission is to develop and promote Black and minority-owned businesses through education, training, loans, and investments. BBIF aims to foster wealth creation and economic opportunity by providing underserved businesses with access to capital and comprehensive financial consulting to help them grow and succeed.
