The bank specialized in wealth management services for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and families, as well as offering financial advisory and investment banking services. In May 2018, Indosuez Wealth Management, the global wealth management brand of the Crédit Agricole group, completed the acquisition of a 94% stake in Banca Leonardo. Subsequently, Banca Leonardo's operations were merged with CA Indosuez Wealth (Italy) S.p.A., effectively rebranding and integrating its business, clients, and assets into the Indosuez global network.
