Founded in 2015, the company was acquired by Credit Karma in 2018 to enhance its home-buying experience. Credit Karma, along with Approved, was subsequently acquired by Intuit in 2020. Today, the Approved technology powers parts of the Intuit Credit Karma Home offering.
