Founded in 1925 in Levelland, Texas, AimBank was a full-service community bank that grew to serve communities across West Texas, the Big Country, and the Permian Basin. The bank focused on providing personal and business banking services, including checking and savings accounts, commercial loans, agricultural lending, and mortgage services, with a mission to foster local economic growth. On November 1, 2022, the merger of AimBank with PlainsCapital Bank was completed, and all AimBank locations were rebranded as PlainsCapital Bank branches.
