Wispact, Inc. is a private, nonprofit organization founded in 2003 to serve people with disabilities throughout Wisconsin. Its primary mission is to establish and manage Special Needs Trusts (SNTs), including pooled and community trusts. These trusts are designed to hold funds for individuals with disabilities without compromising their eligibility for essential public benefits like Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). By managing these funds, Wispact helps beneficiaries enhance their quality of life by paying for services and items not covered by public benefits.
