The UMKC Investment Club (also referred to as the UMKC Student Investment Fund or UMKC Investment Group) is an educational, student-led organization operating under the Henry W. Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Its mission is to bridge the gap between academic finance theory and real-world investment practice. The club provides a platform for students to develop practical skills in equity research, financial modeling, and portfolio management by actively managing a real-money investment portfolio. Through meetings, workshops, and guest speaker events, the organization aims to enhance its members' financial literacy and prepare them for careers in the finance industry.
