ThinkForward Initiative is a registered charity and coaching programme focused on supporting young people in the UK who are disengaged at school and at risk of unemployment. The organization places expert Progression Coaches directly within schools to provide personalized, long-term support for students from the age of 13 to 18. The programme aims to develop essential skills, aspirations, and self-belief to ensure participants are ready for the world of work. Incubated in 2011 by the venture philanthropy charity Impetus, ThinkForward is dedicated to transforming the lives of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
