Founded in 1994 by Catholic Relief Services (CRS) as a village banking project, Thaneakea Phum (Cambodia), Ltd. (TPC) was officially licensed by the National Bank of Cambodia as a microfinance institution in 2000. The company's mission is to provide entrepreneurial credit and financial opportunities to impoverished Cambodian families, with a strong focus on empowering women, to help them improve their quality of life. TPC offers a range of financial products, including group loans, individual business loans, agricultural loans, and savings products, primarily serving clients in rural and semi-urban areas across the country.
