The company provided a wide range of financial services, including private wealth management, equity and fixed income sales and trading, investment banking, and public finance. It served individual, institutional, and corporate clients through a network of offices across the country. In 2015, the company was acquired by Stifel Financial Corp., and its operations, employees, and assets were subsequently integrated into the Stifel brand.
