Established in 2012 by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, PT Penjaminan Kredit Daerah Jakarta (Jamkrida Jakarta) is a financial institution focused on providing credit guarantee services. Its primary mission is to support the economic development of the Jakarta region by enabling MSMEs and cooperatives to gain access to loans from banks and other financial institutions. By acting as a guarantor, Jamkrida Jakarta mitigates the risk for lenders, thereby increasing the feasibility and availability of financing for businesses that might otherwise lack sufficient collateral. The company operates under the supervision of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK).
