Parabis Group was a leading UK provider of legal and professional services, specializing in the insurance sector. Formed in 2012, it grew rapidly through acquisitions to become one of the first Alternative Business Structures (ABS) in the UK legal market, combining several law firms under one corporate umbrella. The group offered services including defendant insurance law, claimant personal injury services, and other business support functions. However, the company faced significant financial difficulties and entered administration in November 2015, leading to its breakup and the sale of its various divisions. The parent company was officially dissolved in February 2018.
