Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Irvine, California, Opus Bank was a commercial bank focused on serving small to mid-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals. The bank provided a range of commercial and retail banking products, including loans, deposits, and treasury management services, with a significant presence in California, Washington, Oregon, and Arizona. On June 1, 2020, Opus Bank was acquired by Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc., and its operations were merged into Pacific Premier Bank. All former Opus Bank branches and services now operate under the Pacific Premier Bank brand.
