Founded in 1989, Online Resources Corporation (formerly NASDAQ: ORCC) was a prominent US-based provider of digital financial services. The company developed and hosted online and mobile banking platforms, electronic bill payment and presentment (EBPP) solutions, and remote deposit capture services. Its primary clients were banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions, for whom it provided the technology backbone to offer modern digital services to their end customers. In March 2013, the company was acquired by ACI Worldwide, a global software company facilitating real-time electronic payments, for approximately $263 million. Its products and technology have since been integrated into ACI Worldwide's broader suite of payment solutions.
