Incorporated in 1987 under the Florida Black Business Investment Act, the Northwest Florida Black Business Investment Corporation (NWFBBIC) is a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). Its mission is to promote the creation, expansion, and retention of Black-owned and other minority-owned businesses by providing access to capital, financial guidance, and business technical assistance. The organization acts as a private, non-profit lender to foster economic development and opportunity within its service area.
