In 2017, NBS was acquired by Colliers International, a leading global real estate services and investment management company. Since the acquisition, the NBS team and its operations have been integrated into Colliers, continuing to serve the Portland, Seattle, and Vancouver markets under the Colliers brand while leveraging a larger global platform.
