Established in 2011 by the decision of the Central Bank of Armenia, the National Mortgage Company RCO CJSC is a key institution for the development of Armenia's primary and secondary mortgage markets. Its core mission is to attract long-term, low-cost financial resources from local and international capital markets and channel them into the housing finance sector. The company achieves this by refinancing mortgage loans issued by partner banks and credit organizations, thereby increasing liquidity for lenders and contributing to the availability and affordability of mortgage products for the public.
