Founded on December 13, 1994, the Moldova Stock Exchange (BVM) is the only licensed stock exchange in the Republic of Moldova. Its mission is to develop the national capital market by providing a transparent, efficient, and secure environment for the trading of securities. BVM facilitates capital mobilization for the Moldovan economy, offers investment opportunities for domestic and foreign investors, and plays a crucial role in the privatization process of state-owned enterprises. It operates under the supervision of the National Commission for Financial Markets of Moldova.
