Liqui
Information by Research Trustfinance
Founded in 2016 and based in Kyiv, Ukraine, Liqui was a centralized cryptocurrency exchange that gained popularity during the 2017 bull market. It was well-known for listing a wide variety of altcoins and new ICO tokens, attracting traders seeking access to emerging digital assets. In addition to spot trading, the platform also offered margin trading and a lending market. In January 2019, Liqui abruptly announced it was closing its business, citing an inability to provide sufficient liquidity for its users and stating that it no longer saw an "economic point" in continuing operations. Users were given a short window to withdraw their assets before the platform was permanently shut down.
