Founded in 2017, LGO Group (LGO) was a French company that developed and operated a secure, transparent, and compliant digital asset exchange designed specifically for institutional investors. The platform aimed to provide a high-performance trading environment with a focus on security and regulatory adherence, being one of the first companies to receive a Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP) registration from the French financial regulator (AMF). In December 2020, LGO announced its acquisition by Voyager Digital Ltd., a North American crypto-asset broker. The LGO platform and team were integrated into Voyager's operations, and the LGO brand was subsequently phased out. Voyager Digital later filed for bankruptcy in July 2022.
