Its mission is to connect young professionals (up to age 36) working at Rabobank, fostering their personal and professional development. It organizes a wide range of activities, including networking events, workshops, guest lectures, and social gatherings, to help members build a strong network, gain new knowledge, and enhance their careers within the bank. Established as a community, it plays a key role in talent development and retention for its parent company, Rabobank.
