Founded in 1988, the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP) is a non-profit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) focused on increasing affordable and sustainable housing. Its mission is to help working families and individuals in Marion County become and remain long-term, successful homeowners, and to act as a catalyst for neighborhood revitalization. INHP accomplishes this by providing a range of services including homebuyer education, one-on-one advising, affordable mortgage loans, and home repair loans.
