Chartered on December 15, 1936, the Houston Texas Fire Fighters Federal Credit Union (HTFFFCU) was established to serve the financial needs of Houston's firefighters. As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, it is owned and operated by its members. The credit union's mission is to offer its members the best possible financial services at the lowest possible cost, operating under the philosophy of "Not for Profit, Not for Charity, But for Service."
