Founded in 1994, Hope Enterprise Corporation and its affiliates (Hope Credit Union and Hope Policy Institute) form a community development financial institution (CDFI) focused on providing affordable, responsible financial services. Their mission is to empower individuals, families, and communities in the Deep South by offering access to banking, loans (including mortgages, small business, and consumer loans), and financial education, particularly for populations that have been historically underserved by traditional banking institutions.
