High Performance Blockchain (HPB) is a public blockchain infrastructure designed to be a high-performance, easy-to-use, and secure platform. Its core innovation is the integration of a dedicated hardware unit, the Blockchain Offload Engine (BOE), with its blockchain software. This hybrid hardware-software architecture aims to overcome the scalability limitations of traditional blockchains, enabling higher transaction speeds (TPS) and lower latency, making it suitable for enterprise-level decentralized applications (dApps). The project is managed by the HPB Foundation, which guides the development, governance, and promotion of the ecosystem.
