HiWayFX was an online foreign exchange broker operated by the Cyprus-based firm HiWay Markets Ltd. The company provided retail and institutional clients with access to trade Forex and CFDs on indices, commodities, and precious metals. It operated under a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) license regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). However, in late 2017, the parent company renounced its CySEC license, and the brokerage subsequently ceased its regulated operations and its website went offline.
