The company's mission was to help individuals understand their unique biology to achieve their health goals. It offered an at-home test kit to analyze over 60 biomarkers from DNA, blood, and metabolism, which were then used by its proprietary "Nutrition Intelligence Engine" to create tailored diet plans and deliver ready-to-prepare meals. In January 2019, Habit was acquired by Viome Life Sciences, and its services were subsequently integrated and discontinued as a standalone brand.
